It’s here to give you a feel for how I work, how the process flows, and how we’ll communicate along the way. Especially if you’ve felt overwhelmed by branding before, or unsure what working with a designer actually looks like. This should help everything feel a lil’ clearer and a lot less intimidating.
What to expect working with me...
Getting Started.
When you fill out my onboarding questionnaire, I’ll take the time to properly read what you’ve shared. I want to understand who you are, what you’re building, and what kind of support would actually be helpful, not just what you think you should ask for.
From there, I’ll review everything and see if it feels like a good fit on both sides. Sometimes, that’s enough, and I’ll reach out to let you know! But occasionally, I might need some more info to see if the energy is right, or you might prefer to discuss your vision further through a call. Either way, I’ll be in touch.
If I decide to take the project on, I’ll let you know our next steps. You’ll receive access to your client portal, where you can review the proposal, sign the contract, and pay your first invoice so we can get to the fun part!

How I work.
I’m AuDHD and live with chronic illness, and, naturally, that shapes how I work.
I’m very detail-focused, intuitive, and driven by the bigger picture. I notice the small things, the slightly-off bits, and the connections that are easy to miss when everything is swirling around in your head.
That’s a big part of how I help turn ideas into something cohesive, grounded, and actually aligned with your vision.
This isn’t something I need to justify or dress up. It simply means my process is thoughtful, considered, and designed for real people with real lives.
I take my time with projects because care shows in the outcome. Every decision has a reason behind it, even if it looks effortless on the surface.
I work with intention, not urgency.
Every project has a clear timeline, and you’ll always know where we are in the process and what’s coming next. I think that organisation and communication are key, and I’m very aware of how important momentum is when you’re building a business.
I don’t rush decisions for the sake of speed, because the strongest brands come from care, clarity, and considered choices. That attention to detail shows in the final result, and in how steady the process feels along the way.
Timelines and pace.
I’m not expecting you to arrive with perfect language or a vision from a crystal ball.
A big part of my role is helping you untangle your thoughts and put words to things you already feel but haven’t quite articulated yet. I’ll guide the process, ask the right questions, and keep us on track to stop the dreaded overwhelm.
We’ll usually connect over video at key points so we can properly talk things through, but I’m always open to adjusting how we communicate. Cameras on or off, written follow-ups, voice notes, and flexibility where it helps.
When you feel the most comfortable, that’s when your true vision can shine through, so giving options to support my clients is a big part of how I operate.
